Ethan Chernin

Mr. Chernin has been involved in various civil litigation matters, including a Federal court lawsuit concerning Federal and state regulations of credit issuers and a multi-million dollar state court employment lawsuit. He has experience in bankruptcy litigation and provided research for a chapter in an entertainment law treatise. He has also conducted extensive research on behalf of a licensed California broker-dealer on various broker-dealer regulations applicable to international business and real estate transactions.

Mr. Chernin graduated with honors from the University of Michigan in 2007 with a degree in History. He obtained his J.D. from the University of California—Los Angeles School of Law in 2010. During law school, Mr. Chernin was a member of the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs, and he participated in the International Justice Clinic.
